“Warsaw Microcredentials Summit 2025: Local Insight, Global Impact” is a unique event bringing together leading experts from around the world, with
microcredentials as its central theme. Over the course of two days, the conference will feature
panel discussions, presentations, and workshops addressing topics such as public policy, the
role of technology, operational standards, the labour market, school education, and higher
education – all in the context of implementing a microcredential system.

The session aims to discuss key technological issues related to the creation, storage, and issuance of microcredentials. Experts will present the latest solutions and established standards, and address major challenges such as data security and the proper securing of microcredentials. The session will include expert presentations and a participant discussion.

The session aims to analyse the standards governing the implementation of microcredentials across different countries and sectors. Experts will present a variety of systemic solutions designed to ensure the quality and recognition of microcredentials, discussing their strengths and weaknesses. The session will include expert presentations and workshops.
Microcredentials: A New Direction for Higher Education
The aim of the session is to explore how universities can leverage microcredentials. The discussion will focus on areas where microcredentials can serve as a valuable tool in addressing challenges faced by higher education institutions. Additionally, the panel will examine the obstacles that hinder their implementation. The session will include expert presentations and a discussion panel.

The session aims to discuss the integration of microcredentials into the education system and their potential to support the development of both students and teachers. The aim of the session is to present the wide range of applications of microcredentials in the labour market - from certifying skills to their use in modern career counselling. Experts will analyse how microcredentials can help employers bridge the skills gap and enable employees to consciously build their career paths and develop their personal brands.
